Please read this completely before you answer.

How is this fair? They want to increase that Federal Excise tax on cigarettes by $1.00 per pack to pay for healthcare for all children. Why should only smokers pay for this? This implies that children of non-smokers get a freebie. If a smoker and non-smoker each have no kids, why should only the smoker pay for something that applies to everyone? Why not tax something most everyone uses - like milk, or pop, or bread, or shampoo?

took my '06 chevy for a brake problem. After my car sits for several hours, then you start the car and put it in drive, the brakes won't work! Feels like you turned the engine off and trying to stop! Also, the whole car shakes when applying the brakes at highway speeds. I take it in to the chevy dealership and they take my car for two days and then call me up and tell me it's done. I go to pick it up and I see the service report saying they didn't do NOTHING. "Everything normal at this time" is what they wrote! I"M MAD NOW! I went to another chevy dealer and they found some kind of a brake booster vaccuum leak or something like that and the rear drums needed to be re-surfaced. My problem was solved now but I want to get the other dealership back for not fixing the car like they were supposed to! Their service manager never called me back to discuss! I hate chevy dealers...bunch of fat azzes sitting on their chairs doing absolutely nothing but keeping their chair warm And Who is fixing the cars? Some school yard boy or a fat azz santa clause who looks at the car for two days then rights “normal”

I have a '94 Saturn LS and the speedometer and odometer aren't working.

I'm trying to fix this on my own without having to go to a mechanic. I have looked at the fuses and they all look good with no apparent breaks in contact. So I am not sure where to look next.

We are not being allowed any visits with our grandson Joshua by his parents. We have bonded with him for 4years. His mom hates us and his dad (our son) is so controlled by her that he refuses to bring Joshua to see us on his 2nd weekend visits, (verbally agreed to at a case conference), because she tells our son that I am putting bad things into Joshua's head, and saying that Joshua tells her some bad things I'm saying about her. She tells our son that Joshua is a fu--ing brat when he comes back from seeing my husband and I. We have gotten to see Joshua about 4 to 8 hrs a month over the past year and our bond is being threatened, and we love him very much and believe he is hurting needlessly, but his mom will not talk with us. From previous actions, we know that she doesn't forgive or accept forgiveness. Our son told us he is trying to get her to get someone to supervise visits so that she may eventually realize that Joshua enjoys his time with us. He hasn't been successful so far.

I am past the stage of being patient! I know it sounds harsh, but I have needs! My husband and I are 32 and we've been married for almost 7 yrs. He won't have sex with me. I have started to threaten divorce if he doesn't act like my husband and not a roommate. I have started to nag again. I am just very frustrated. It's been like 4 months!!!
