Other than asking friends and family of your mother, that's a tough one.
Did your family belong to a church of any kind? Do you have any relatives or neighbors at the time that may remember?
Wow, this is something that most of us take for granted. I guess you just do the best you can and then sort of pick a date. Hopefully you can at least get a general month and a year.

I looked it up, and here are the links that I found. One said that you wouldn't be able to obtain any birth records because the majority of them have been destroyed. Here are the links, and I hope something useful can come from them!

Do you have any friends/family that can vouch for your birth date? Doctor, mid-wife, baptism, if that applies.
Here in USA, those would be acceptable to obtain a birth certificate.

try to find a elderly person who is known to you from yoru child hood, relative must be better if somebody knows at least a closer date and the place u born you might get a clue.
