I've recently learned to play guitar. My brother in law knows a few bass runs. My question: How do I play/jam with him? How do I know what to play (what key, chords) while watching what he's doing?
We both sound pretty good alone, but we don't know how to sound good together. Not much of a theory guy, but if that's the way it must be...:-(

I asked Y!A libs why they were so opposed to the statements of the President regarding justification for attacking Iraq. Strangely enough, the answers turned into a Bush Bashing frenzy.

Trouble was, the quotes were from Clinton, not Bush.

Most libs ran and hid. A few came back and tried to squirm out of it, claiming that what was true in '98 was a lie in '03. that being the case, one would think that the Clinton administration would have made a declaration of success in Iraq. That never came, and even in '02 and '03, Dems joined in near universal acknowledgment that Saddam was a threat and regime change was the policy.

So, why are the Y!A libs in the link above such hypocrities?

Does it point to a much greater trend, that Y!A Libs place party above principle...all the time, regardless of the issue?

We took her to the vet and they said she had an upper respiratory infection and had to go on antibiotics, which could make her not want to eat and starve to death. She only weighs 1/2 a pound and even before she was put on the medicine would not eat. Now we have to force feed her. All she does is sleep on my lap, she looks so sick. They said she will probably die. Any tips on how she can get better? Please help me, I can't lose her.

Here where I work, there is 24-7 watching where you go, how long you stay on etc.

It seems if a man says he thought he had consent then nothing can be done, 4% cannot reflect the reality, and 96% of women cannnot be crying wolf and making it up. If a woman cannot resist intercourse becuase she is passed out and too drunk then why is this taken as consent? if she cannot resist then that is not the same as consent and there have been cases where the man has had his wicked way when she has been passed out but this has been taken as consent in court and he walks free. what can be done about this in your opinion? should women to extra careful or is a change of law to redefine "consent" necessary?

hi guys, sorry I know this isn't R&S (even though I thought I was going to die!)....but I'm learning to drive and yesterday while driving home I lost control of the dang steering wheel and got into a fender bender with another car. I was in complete shock and this guy (thank goodness) was so nice. I dented his car bad and was crying b/c of the shock and my ego took a big hit b/c it was entirely MY fault. My brother was teaching me. I don't want to be afraid to try again, I really need my license at 31 yrs old with children. Any suggestions on how to "move on" and continue will be VERY appreciated. What kind of clothing can I (a 15 year old girl) wear that will not make me feel like such a tourist? Because I'm sure fashion in america must be very different than over there...

I have a beautiful, thriving community tank. Mollies, danios, tetras, catfish and a betta. The mollies breed and the other fish are very active. My water is fine. I have tried several times to add a few female swordtails. ( I want to add more color) They all end up dying. I thought swordtails were supposed to be easy keepers?!
