I have 2 window A/C units that are old and very noisy. Everytime you tap them, the noise changes. I guess I need to make some sort of insulating frame for them so as not to vibrate off the window frames. But I'm sure they will still make other noises. Anybody have any tips on how to make them run quieter at night?

Yeah, Paul totally deserves it & Paul is my fave, but I do think the whole band oughta have it too. It was *The Beatles*, man. It would not've been the same w/o each member: John, Paul, George & Ringo.

How can I get our dog to walk on a leash. You put a collar on her and she lays down and will not move. If you try to get her up she will squirm, twist, jump and go crazy. We have tried putting the collar on her and just leaving it, and she will lay for hours and not move witht he collar on. We love to go camping and want her to go with us, but without a leash is she not allowed. any comments, help or suggestions on what to do to get her to walk on a leash?

Ok so I have a unique style, I wear tie-dye and such, and I like dresses. I also have a lot of hollister stuff left over from last year when I was still into it. I've got it on my feet and someone told me to rub them with banana skin. Has anyone heard of this and if so, does it work. I use creams etc on them but skin still dries out and cracks.

Like last saturday he told me, hes going to a baby shower on thursday in another town. he didnt even leave me an offline msg on thursday that hes leaving already, no sms at all or emails. its already monday. nothing at all.

should i be annoyed? i mean, isnt the sensible thing to do is at least leave me an offline msg or email or sms, that youre leaving?

if i confront him im sure hes going to say "didnt i tell you im going to a baby shower?" :(

We have quite a large fish pond, holds approximately 7,500 litres. Size is about 14 feet by about 6, kidney shaped, deeper at one end than the other. There's about 30 fish in it - mainly goldfish and koi

We can't get the water to clear. Filter, pump and UV are relatively new. We've bought several "pond clearing" products from the local garden centre but still can't get it to clear. We've had the water tested so we know that's OK

Any help would be much appreciated
