My husband has cronic migraines and was seeing a Neuro for sometime but then stopped going. He has an appt now but in October. He has this migraine that keeps lingering and keeps taking Tyneol PM non stop. Is there any other type of Migraine medicine that is over the counter that would work better than the Tyneol PM?

I found a website once that people could list everything that wanted to do in their lifetimes and now I can't find it. To make your own list you could copy someone else's or start a new one. Does anyone know what the site is? It is driving me crazy!

My step mum is on a new diet and one of the foods recommended is fortified oats. I've asked in Holland and Barrett but they haven't heard of them and after a useless websearch all I've come up with is pet food suppliers. Does anyone have any really yummy ideas for a meal that is good but not too difficult or will take too long to make? Hi

I made wine from crushed grapes Zinfendel, its 2+ years old with an air lock. Would have thought it impossible to get mold but there it was and I personally can taste it.

5 gallons is 30liters which is a lot to waste, but dont want to get sick

That is the link to the latest story I found. What happen is some cops decided to shoot a rat snake, didn't check where they were, and ended up killing a five-year-old little boy. This makes me sick on so many different levels. Don't they teach cops basic gun safety? Don't they know the basic rule of what comes up must come down? If they just HAD to kill a harmless snake, why didn't they use the shot gun in their trunk? What would possess anyone to try to shoot a snake with a 40 cal handgun?!?! Four grown men at this scene, and not a half a brain to be found? My 15 year old would know better!! Still no release of names of the cops, good thing it wasn't a private citizen. So much wrong with this whole thing, why hasn't there been a huge public out-cry? Any thoughts from others?

After finishing medical school and residency, what are the options for a pediatrician (not specialized)? I know you can join a private/group practice...but what are some other options.

What does a pediatrician who works in the hospital do? Are these jobs widely available?

What are teaching job? How much do these get paid?

Please describe in detail or leave a site where I can find information. The only thing you ever hear of is private practice...I know there are other opportunities out there also. I want to have a schedule that is somewhat family friendly. It seems hospitalists have that.
