I sometimes feel like Debra from Everybody Loves Raymond. The in-laws don't live across the street, but close enough to drop by every now and then. Luckily they call first.
But my family growing up was more from the movie The Great Santini. Dad was Marine lifer.

Well, my daughter and I are very much like the "Gilmore Girls". Hubby stepped straight out of "Father Knows Best". My son is "Dennis the Menace". So, how 'bout something like "Father Dennis Gilmore"?

Roseanne. It seemed like there was always affectionate bickering, people answering phones, arguing and stewing, screaming and laughing and lots of interaction with little emphasis on housework or cooking.

Mine would be Beverly Hills, 90210...the only difference would be I was one of 4 kids (the oldest) not a twin. We were alot like the Walsh's. Had a boyfriend like Dylan..married him actually!
