Hey all,

My central air stopped working completely this evening (its less than a year old). My thermostat went completely blank (it is not battery operated). I checked the fuse box and they weren't tripped. I checked the box (circuit box I think) by the AC unit and it didn't have any fuses. I cant even get the fan to turn on in my house.

If I throw batteries into my thermostat then the thermostat will "act" like it is turning on by showing me a green light. When I go outside however, the unit is doing nothing.

What on earth could cause this. I need to fix this because it will be 98 tomorrow and I dont feel like frying!!!! Thanks

So I am Christian and thinking of converting to Buddhism after being taught about it by a very good friend of mine. I have a friend who is VERY Christian. And he tells me that when you die it will be like standing in front of a judge and you will be trialed as needed for all the sins you have commited. And you will go to hell no matter what the sin may be. I know you won't physiclly stand before a judge when you die but I just want to know if thats what the Bible says.

If Paul in this letter is gretting all of the greatt teachers of Jesus of his time. doesn't this proove women should be able to be priests? ( I support Femal priesthood)

I was hunting and tryed to jump over a spiked fence...my calf was caught in it...one of the spikes cut into my skin some what deep! I put alcohol on it and been taking penicillin pills since yesterday....will that be enough? Or do i need the shot?

I just feel like crying. I don't know why but I feel so sad and angry and depressed and anxious, worried, etc right now for no real reason. I'm not usually like this and this came on suddenly. I read that cooking with Splenda will dry out cake/cookie recipes because real sugar helps retain moisture. Does anyone know (from experience) a good way to adjust the recipe to keep it from drying out when I substitute Splenda for sugar?
