Even though I haven't heard of nipples being bigger then your Breasts I would have to say that yes it is ok if your nipples are bigger than your breasts. Just as though alot of women have very large areola's and not so big nipples this may be the opposite of what is happening to you. If you are at a young age (Age 14-19) then have no fear you will eventually grow out of it!
