I have a Nikon D40 camera and with all cameras I have owned, it's hard to take photos in a gym. Still photos are fine, as long as I am close to the subject, but action shots are hard to get no matter if I'm close or far away. With or without the flash, gymnasiums are hard to take photos in.

As i was driving home tonight, i saw this dog walking around my complex, he had a tag on, i chased him, tried to stop him, all he did was bark and look at me weird, so I left him alone, but i felt bad and came back again trying to find him, drove around my block, finally found him, gave him one of my dog's treats trying to get the number but he was scary so I had no option but to leave him... ;-( What would you do? I feel bad cause i lost my other dog the same way, at the same time at night... I felt like I was reliving that nightmare, that's why I continued to get the number to call his family, but he wouldn't let me...

For the last several months, I have woken up at least three times a week at 3am. This is no matter what time I go to bed. When I get up, I go and look out my back window and I see someone who looks to be wearing a Ronald McDonald outfit, standing under the trees , near my garbage can. He is holding 2 shiny silver knives in either hand. Should I go out and ask him what his problem is, or am I being to nosey?

Examples: Buy a $30,000 car to save the evironment from toxins; food is trash unless it's organic or bought in a "natural" supermarket; if you don't have a baby monitor, you're negligent. I want to END welfare completely and replace it with CCC and government work programs. This will save the government money, get a lot of work done and make people earn their checks.
We need to also get these people to "do the work Americans won't do) this will keep the jobs unavailible to illegals.
We need to STOP blamming the "man" for our problems and get off our asses and make things happen.
The government should make a public verbal apology for slavery.
Unemployment insurrance should stay but you should have to prove you are searching for jobs to get the check.
We need to end black history month because it only keeps hatred alive and is not fair to all the other races.
But we should be learning history of all cultures and making new history ever

I have recently moved my home and stuff. I transferred my TV in a removals' van with other stuff. When I connected TV at the new place, I had to tune it to see the free view channels. Now the picture is fine but the sound system does not seem to work properly. Sound is very very noisy and cannot be understood at all.
I don't know whether it is the result of my move or it has damaged my TV internally. The TV repairer wanted £35 to fix it though will not promise to fix it. He says that he will still charge same even if he is not able to fix it. I dont want to take that risk.
Can anybody tell me any solutions? any home quick fix?

HI I was just curious about the legal options concerning personal letters. I run a website where I write to serial kilers and post their letters on the web for everyone to see and read ( http://www.Write-A-Murderer.com ). I have 2 questions.

First off I have recieved several emails from people over what the inmates wrote about them. This is nothing I wrote and the letters are all scanned directly into the computer just as they wrote them. Is there any legal action the people can take against me since I wasn't the one who wrote the letters I just scanned them in for everyone to read. Also is there anything stopping me from posting the emails they sent me on the web as well for everyone to read?

Secondly, I have recieved letters from inmates that were not sent to me but to someone else who copied them and then forwarded the copies to me. They are now mad that I posted these on the website as well is there any laws against posting these?

Poor management, they are going to court for not paying sales tax. They have shown withholdings on every paycheck stub, but I am not sure if they have been paying anything in, including social security. Is unemployment included in the normal deductions or is it a separate thing?
