God does exist. I am sure of this as anything.
Now let's consider the other points you raise.
He or She? Probably, both aspects of human gender are incorporated in or transcended by God. This is an opinion.
Motion? God is either omnipresent in the universe in which case motion is irrelevant or the universe is contained within God (or as I like to think of it as within the mind of God) which also makes the question of motion irrelevant. I would be very, very surprised if this were not the case.
Naked? Of course not. God wears clothes is the sense that he/she hides or camouflages her/his nature from us else you would not even be able to raise the hypothesis "If God existed".

Clothes were added by man in the Garden of Eden. God is God! He is an all consuming fire and clothes can not exist where fire exists. So, the answer to your question is no.

He/she would wear a loin cloth and probably pasties over the nipples. Grass sandals, and a necklace woven from what? stardust? comet tails? yeah, comet tails.
No tattoos, nor anything of that sort. Pony tail, clean shaven, no hat.

God is not made of organic matter like humans... Therefore he doesnt have a carbon based body to even worry about clothing..

why do you spend your time like this? no one is going to admire you for trying to be witty and God will remember all you do. It does not matter to Him that you do not believe in him nor respect Him. He will extoll perfect justice on all. He is only so merciful to those who take Him as a joke.
