I am talking with this man that I work with and recently found out that he is married? In working with this man I mean we have daily contact (not in the same office). So far all we have done is talked and made suggestive comments to each other. My problem is that after talking & meeting with him we both grown attractived to each other and want to take it to the next level.

I have not been in a relationship for over 4 years now and find this to be the most excitement I've had in a long time.

What should I do?

I am always "talking" to myself inside my head, never out loud though.

I ask myself things, think about them, answer them... have an inner dialogue. Not things like, "Hey how are you today?" "Im fine", but things like... "So if I decide to go to the gym today, will I make it back intime for dinner?" etc...

Do you do it too?

Additional facts: I am more of a solitary person, not many friends and I don't talk much to other people... =P But I'm not crazy ^^

I started spoting the 20th of july and it was just a lil bit of blood when i would wipe and it was like this for 4 days.... Then the 24th i got my normal period flow....
I know that u ovulate like 14 days after the first day of ur period but would the first day of my period be when i first started spoting (THE 20th) or would it be when my period flow actually became normal (THE 24th)?
Basically i am askin if u spot before u start ur period does this actually count as the first day of ur period when u are tryn to fig out when u will ovulate
