I will give you 5 places that can all classify as "most common". The are:

Feet (Probably the #1 answer if you polled 100 people)
Armpits (Probably the #1 answer if you polled 100 people)
Thighs
Neck
Ears

For me, the thighs, neck and ears will send me into hysterical laughter but I am ticklish everywhere.
