Good place for weekend getaway?

My fiance and I want to go on a weekend trip in September, but aren't sure where we should go. We live in northeastern Pa. Does anyone have any ideas for us? Thanks!

mohonk mountain house in new paltz new york....nice scenery, good for hiking and stuff. golf. nice restaurant. just added a new spa. idk if this is the type of place youre looking for but check it out.
