I started spoting the 20th of july and it was just a lil bit of blood when i would wipe and it was like this for 4 days.... Then the 24th i got my normal period flow....
I know that u ovulate like 14 days after the first day of ur period but would the first day of my period be when i first started spoting (THE 20th) or would it be when my period flow actually became normal (THE 24th)?
Basically i am askin if u spot before u start ur period does this actually count as the first day of ur period when u are tryn to fig out when u will ovulate

Sometimes spotting can occur with ovulation so the date of ovulation would have been around the 10th of the month. For the actual date of period start it would be the day you spot which would be the 20th or 21st.
I would also recommend checking with your doctor for additional information.
