I heard that if you send them a check and write on the back ("accepting this check is evidence that the transaction is complete and this charge will deleted from my credit") Is this considered a written contract in colorado and do they have to stand behind it? Will they delete it from your credit report?

Is it possible for credit card thieves to somehow generate a CVC2 number, or otherwise obtain the security number without having the physical card in their possesion?

Discover is refusing to cover me for fraudulent charges made to my credit card via the Internet because they claim there is no way possible for the thieves to have the CVC2 number required to make a "card not present" purchase without having the actual card. It must be possible because I did not make these charges, and they must have been made by someone that has stolen my credit card information somehow.

Does anyone have any information about this that would be helpful to me?

I know I am . I don't understand how these women can keep promoting a company that is a complete scam (AMERIPLAN) It is my newest waste of money and I had such high hopes for this company.
I joined and began advertising it right here on yahoo answers only to find out today that the company is just a bunch of liars and nobody even sells their so called product, they sell the "opportunity" but once they get you in they then try to sell you even more "crap" that you really don't need to run your business.

Long story short.
If your sick of these companies but are still looking for a good one like me, then join my new yahoo group and let's find one!
