I love my partner to bits, we have our ups and downs but i couldnt imagine my life without him. How do i ensure our love lasts and what can i do to keep him happy??

You know him better than anyone.. You know what makes him click and what doesn't. Sounds like things for you are going well. If you see that the relationship becoming stale, then you both need to do more things together. Go out on date Nights.
Dancing or movie's... Just the two of you. Or go out with friends....
If you need some alone time with out the kids. Take a mini Vacation....
I have been married for 25 years, and we are doing great.
Nothing is ensured, that things will always be the way we want it.. But we sure can do what we can to make sure the relationship doesn't get Stale, boring and predictable.
