it is eay but a hint as a plumber I have learned that you want to put everything on the sink first so you do not have to lay in the cabinet to put the faucet or drain on. Install the faucet and even the supply tubes,I recommend the plastic flexible ones, as well as the drain believe me your back will thank you

The laminate can be tricky. You should remove the old laminate with a heat gun first. Make sure you wear gloves, laminate is like glass, it has very sharp edges.
After removing the old laminate, sand the plywood or whatever(particle board) make sure it is absolutely smooth or you WILL see every bump you missed.
Cut the new laminate to approximately the same size only a little larger, spread the contact cement on the new laminate & the existing top.
Wait til it sets up, and with help from family or a friend set the laminate on the existing top, but MAKE SURE it is where you want it because contact cement is as it's name applies, on contact.
The reason for having it a little larger is so you can trim it down once it is installed. Use a roller (one for making bread will work) roll the entire top of the laminate until ALL bubbles are remoived, then trim to fit. The self-edge (the front) is a bear but put on the same way.
As for the sink, see Eddie comment, I wouldn't argue with him., but make sure the new sink fits in the old hole or you will want to cut the hole before installing the new laminate.
Best of luck

Yes. But you will need to follow the instructions very carefully if you don't have the experience or have never done it before.
I am free this weekend, need some help?

I think Eddie has done this once or twice. I agree with him.
