OK, people have different opinions on the 2nd amendment, ranging from everyone should own any gun they want to, to every gun should be banned. But of course, most people sit in the middle.

Now, I believe people should have the right to own guns (handguns as well, although I will never own one), but I still have to respect the amount of gun violence in this country.

So how about this. We let people have any guns they want (except those that are already illegal, such as fully-automatic guns), and as many as they want. In other words, zero gun control.

We only add one stipulation. If you EVER get caught committing ANY crime while using a gun (for instance, robbing a bank with a handgun), you go to jail for life. Period.

And that's it. Sure, gun crime may rise for a year or so, but it will be practically non-existent after that. Crime will still exist, but it will be more like Europe where most crimes are just committed with no guns, resulting in less innocent fatalities.
AND, homeowners can still carry a weapon to protect their homes.

Worried that the prison costs would be too high? Nope. We just let this guy be in charge of the prisons:

And if you think not letting inmates watch cable TV, smoke, look at porn or lift weights is cruel punishment, well, you need to remember they are CRIMINALS!

Theres all these people who sit around passing judgement on single moms, and I dont get it. Just because you do it the "right" way, what gives you any right to judge someone else?
Some of us dont chose to be single parents... I was with a sweet guy who I thought was a good person. I got pregnant, (not planned) and he ran away like a coward....
And you people who judge us single moms, do you have any idea how hard it is? Any idea how rewarding it is? Or any idea how strong it makes you??

Salmon is an oily fish and the batter breaks off it,while its deep frying. I tried coating the fish with almonds to dry up the oiliness and now only the bottom coating falls off the fish.

I usually make Fish N Chips with flounder. But flounder is bland and I dont like Mercury in my fish.

I recently answered a question about catching rabbits in humane traps for the purpose of eating,and some of the answers were obviously off vegetarians as they were quite scathing.

I have to say Fox News. It's not really news, but mostly one right-wing "news analyses" show after another: Sean Hannity, Bill Oreilly, John Gibson, Brit Hume, Neil Cavuto, etc, etc.

If they are so fair and balanced why can they not give a liberal his own show?

I see the other cable news and radio stations do the same thing. The vast majority of "news analyses" shows are headed by right-wing pundits: Joe Scarborough, Lou Dobbs, Glenn Beck, Tucker Carlson, Micheal Savage, Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, and countless others on radio.

We have problems. We have been married almost 4 years. She has been distant and depressed for the last two. She hasn’t been the same since the birth of my wonderful daughter. She is having what I believe is an emotional affair with her ex-husband. I used some spy ware on our home computer to see what all it is that she does on there. I was shocked. I am a very open and honest person so I couldn’t keep what I did from her and sleep at night. She had some bad content on there about me and us and she was sending it to her ex and his sisters, heck, even to one of the neighbors. A lot of she had never even told me about before. She has become very secretive about everything so is what I did wrong? I came clean with her after seeing with my on two eyes and she was defiantly lying to me all along when I asked here what all the fuss was with myspace. This all happen like 6 months ago but it is still a major divide between us.
