I have the problem pretty much down but this last part is messing with me.

Taking the second derivative from e^x - x(1/y)

I'm getting -xy^-2, but the book is saying the answer is xy^-2. I don't understand how the negative sign in front of the x can just disappear. Am I missing something or does my book have a typo?

Yet if a woman picks up an object that is more ddangerous than throwing fists on a man no one sees her as an abuser and batterer. Im married/36weeks pregnant,my husband is an alcoholic and also has an anger problem. I left my house late saturday night he got mad started slamming chairs broke our dining table grabbed a chair and was going to throw it@my belly, I histerically screamed reminded him Im pregnant, he told me didnt care.As soon as he went to our bedroom I grabbed my purse keys,ran out as fast as I could, I was so scared.Called my mom she told me2come straight to her house. Im here ever since that night. I didnt call the cops I was so terrified. I wanted2get out of there and go somewhere safe. The problem is he called me, hes not worried about me/baby he just wanted to know if I have "his" which is under both of our names, Im scared he may take the car, he drives mine its not in good condition its older hes been using it4work the seatbelt is way out loose crappy breaks etc..I need the good car since Im pregnant. What do I do? I dont want him2take my baby, is it2late to file a report of what happened?

He of course, almost killed my husband, and he had to have a second surgery done at a much better teaching medical center..is there an insurance commission that I can report this egomaniac incompetent doctor--HE IS STILL GETTING ALL THE REFERRALS FROM THIS POS INSURANCE IN OUR AREA----IS THERE AN INSURANCE COMMISSION? This may sound completely gross to some but I am truly worried so please no negative comments.

My dog is a 3 year old female black lab and like any other dog, she licks her ginatels to clean them. Well this afternoon midnight (my dog) rolled on her back for me to rub her stomache. And when I was doing so I couldnt help but notice that the side of her vagina was white/peach and the edges of it and all around it is surrounded in blood. Now I know its not heat because for one its on the side and two, she just went out of heat last week. What is wrong with my puppy? Did she lick it raw? I would go see a vet but I really dont have the money right now. Please please help me!
