Well, I love poetry with deep meaning, and usually I like it better if it rhymes, but then there are some people who don't like when poetry rhymes, since most good poems don't. Is there a certain way to write poems, or does it really all just come down to a bunch of phrases...with meaning, of course. I just....don't really get how you write a poem.

Getting one at Wal-Mart this week and they don't deliver. Will it fit in a SUV? Some one told me that they had to be stood up and couldn't be laid down flat. Has anyone ever used a SUV for this task? Hate to use a pickup.

I've worked in the school system in the past and am familiar with a teacher who I feel is mean to her students. I witnessed her smack her own son (in the mouth) for peeing his pants in first grade, and this teacher asked me to remove a child's books which were peed on because she didn't want to touch them. She has access to gloves as much as I do, but she was pregnant and used that to hide her ignorance to disease processes. I didn't request another teacher at the end of school last year because I have done this in the past with another child and have been told that requests cannot be granted. And, I figured, with 5 teachers in this grade the chances are only 20% that she will be my child's teacher. Well guess what...

So, other parents and teachers, what should I do? Should I wait and give it a chance? I'm not sure anything can be changed at this point (school starts Aug. 14th). Can someone be horrible personally but still be a good teacher?

her car broke down. The mechanic said the part to fix it, would cost $300. I'm not rich, but she told me, that friends should help friends, and she wants me to just give her the $300. I can't, because it is rough on me....to get by.

I don't think any sort of impeachment proceedings would be completed in time to do any good, and I don't think the Senate would approve it anyway.

But if Congress remains silent on the ways the Bush administration has misused it powers and trampled the Constitution, they aren't they complicitly saying that it was OK for him to do so?

Do you think we need an impeachment proceeding, if for no other reason than to make it clear that the Bush/Cheney attack on the Consitutional balance of powers will not be accepted or tolerated? Even if politically, you can't win?

Okay, so I'm 14. My best guy friend (& only guy friend) was staring at my boobs today and another time too. Yeah, my shirt was kinda low, but only because I didn't want to sweat because it was so hot today & I have to work outside with younger kids at a park for 3 hours. He like looks at them, not for a long time, like a couple of seconds. He doesn't do anything though. He just stares. He's did it like 2 or 3 times today and 2 or 3 times the last time too. So, he's only 13. I like him though. I just was curious, what's he thinking when he sees my boobs? I know it's a strange question, but wouldn't YOU be curious too if you were in my situation? So, really I just need an honest answer. PLEASE!

me and my best friend have been close since the 5th grade (in 8th now) but suddenly i feel a seperation between us. i figured we were getting sick of each other and needed some time apart. and she went on vacation for a week and i stayed home. so we hadnt seen each other in a week and we hung out but something had changed . she knew what annoyed me and used it to her advantage. i was getting really upset and had to walk away to restrain myself from saying something i didnt mean. i love her to death and still want to be friends but im desperate for a cure! I'm thinking about opening some retirements accounts and contribute very modestly. What would be better, to have a 457 and a roth IRA and contribute a little to both or just one of these and contribute more? I'm talking here about the regular conservative accounts not the aggressive investing. and I plan on leaving it there until I retire and then take out the whole thing.

My partner really wants us to have a threesome. I have had previous experience of girl on girl sex. The problem i have is that when i have been drinking the thought of us having a threesome really turns me on, and my partner and i fantasise about it regulary, and i talk about us having a threesome. The problem is, although it does still really turn me on when im sober, i dont feel the need to act out our fantasy. My partner thinks i am being untrue to myself, and should just go for it, but i think from past experiences that i would really regret it, if i go ahead. Am i in denial? Should i just go for it?
