Is nero vision (the free downloadable thing where you burn your music into discs) legal or illegal?

It is legal if you are downloading it for yourself. But if you are making copies and selling it then it is illegal.

it is something between legal and illegal
if u use nero to burn stuff for your own it is legal, if u use it to burn copyrighted materials and sell them, it is illegal

if its p2p ( peer to peer) then yes it is but you can reduce the risk of getting caught (witch i doubt) is dont share your music and dont mass-download. my friend only uses limewire for like 10 songs a month, and thats still illegal but i think less likeely if he ever got caught and if its not p2p then i think its okay as long its not bittorrent either

its only illegal if you get caught...lol, well, anything where you download for free is kinda not good.
