Do you think I should renew my real estate license or drop it and why.

Are you a real estate agent? How difficult was it for you to get started? I've heard very few agents work while 75% just have real estate companies holding their licenses while they are inactive. Your comments please.

I am auditioning for Once Upon a Mattress at my community theatre!! I really want the part of Princess Winnifred. I am an okay singer and 11 years old. Help think of an audition song and i would really like it if the sheet music avaliable for free. Thanks!!

P.S. I am thinking of doing the song I Know Things Now from Into the Woods, but I cant find free sheet music anywhere! Any idea where to get it?

Ok, I just turned 30 but I look at least 4-6 years younger, due to being trim, a full head of hair, and keeping in excellent physcial condition due to a strict, healthy diet and hard exercise.

Where I live, most girls 25+ are either married and unavailable; and because there is a college in town, there are lots of younger single girls in the dating pool. I don't see what the big deal is if I want to go out with a 19 year old. I offer lots than a 19 year old guy couldn't; I work a white-collar professional job, earn a good salary, own a car, my own place, etc. Plus, I'm more mature, and level headed than much younger guys.

My friends think I'm perverted for doing this, I just think they're jealous because they let themselves go. Is this taboo or is this normal in the grand scheme of things?

i am huge fan of his life and work. He stated to a friend that "if anything happens to yoko or me, it wasn't an accident". he was surveillanced heavy at all times in the 70s. he was a huge threat to u.s. government. anyone have any thoughts on this?

I hear all the time that the LDS church is a "cult" because we worship Joseph smith instead of Jesus Christ. I want someone to prove to me that we worship Joseph SMith instead of Jesus Christ. and use our own words, from the scriptures, o from the Ensign magazine or talks from our current leaders. Don't go to anti-Mormon sites, like ex-mormons, CARM, IRR, MRM, or wahtever.

Honest, Practical, Humanatarian, Peaceful and loving people. I have read both the Bible and Quran therefore it is quite strange for me to see Atheists being close to the lives and qualities Jesus and Muhammed then the theists.

Jesus once said "My friends, what good is it to say you have faith, when you don't do anything to show that you really do have faith? Can that kind of faith save you? If you know someone who doesn't have any clothes or food, you shouldn't just say, "I hope all goes well for you. I hope you will be warm and have plenty to eat." i am 24wks and have a very supportive boyfriend.i know it probably sounds kind of early to be getting stuff ready already but i want to have it all somewhat ready so i'm not doing it lat minute.i'm not so sure on everything that i need since this is my firstborn and i am 17 going to be 18.(not that it should matter.) i just want to make sure i am on the same page and am buying the right stuff and have most of it ready.

I have a MTV tractor mower with a Tecumsuh engine that after winter storage will not start. I put a new battery in it and still only get a "click" when I turn the key. It sounds like the sound of a pickup starter that has a bad solenoid and the starter gear will not then kick in. The starter does not engage the starter gear. There is 12 volts out of the battery to a sort of regulator switch and there is only 7 volts coming out of that switch, which means that there is only seven volts coming to the starter. Is this correct? Should the starter be getting 12 volts? If I take the starter off, can Auto zone or another auto parts store check it for me. We have very limitted small engine repair places in Wyoming. Thanks

I've out a lot of time and money into trying to have a good lawn but my neighbor has Foxtail growing and it is not popping up in my yard. Do weeds put off a seed that is blown in the wind and carried over? I ask because I am writing a newsletter for the home owners association and would like to explain to those with bad lawns how they are affecting the rest of us.
