Certain Sunni groups would -- including Al Qaeda which is Sunni, and the radical Sunni groups in Saudi Arabia that sent people to Al Qaeda.

But they are going to try to attack us again regardless of whether we leave Iraq or not.

Most of the local Sunni and Shiite militias in Iraq only want to control their own provinces -- they have no interest in anything outside their territory.

Probably Sunni. Al Qaeda are all Sunni. Iran is predominantly Shi'ia.

They'll attack Americans, Europeans and Australians. Anybody they see as a threat of course. Among the Americans they will likely target United Statesians and Canadians, Among the Europeans British and Spaniards.

What would it matter which group was more likely to continue attacks against the US? People need to get to the root of the problem, why they want to attack the US. Besides, thanks to their 1400 years old schism, Sunni's and Shi'ites will likely continue to attack each other.

Both...they both hate the US...Al Queda is Sunni...pretty f-ed up that we are now arming the same group that attacked us.
