i am huge fan of his life and work. He stated to a friend that "if anything happens to yoko or me, it wasn't an accident". he was surveillanced heavy at all times in the 70s. he was a huge threat to u.s. government. anyone have any thoughts on this?

He was murdered by an insane person, that's all. He was only a "threat" while Nixon was president. In those days everyone with long hair that was a Vietnam war activist was a "threat" to the Nixon administration.

and in front of their New York Apartment.
This occured on December 8th, 1980
Apparently Chapman was not satisfied about an autograph
John Lennon gave this is why he was shot.
The song just like starting over again on the chart then from the album Double Fantasy. No one will forget him
