I was in Las Vegas for a vacation last week, My boyfriend and I stayed at the Stratosphere, we, came out of the hotel/casino and walked around the corner and there was a neighborhood that looked run down, does anyone know this area behind the stratosphere? If so, why doesn't anyone clean it up?

I alternate between hating and feeling sorry for him. He literally has no hobbies or friends. All he does is go to work, then come home and do stuff with my Mother.

If she's busy or out with her friends, he just sits in front of the television drinking alcohol. Or he'll keep calling her on her cell phone.

He has no interest in me or my sister. he only spends time with us if my Mother is spending time with us.

WHY?!

Our dog is in heat for a while but she was not able to mate, and now, she does not react when you call her name, always stays under some cabinet and when you try to pull her out she will go back inside and she will not even stand...what things are to be done to this situation before it gets worse?

Which person has caused the greater violence? And why will liberals never learn their false ideals cause more bloodshed than good?

vego meaning either vegatarian or vegan.

i only know 2 vegetarians (not close friends of mine) and not a single vegan.

as a vegan myself i think it would be benefitial to have at least one person in my life who shares my beliefs, because it's hard getting people to understand me. they all think i'm some sort of tree hugging hippy who is just going through a phase. i'm not taken seriously i have no support!
it doesn't bother me so much, i'd just like to have an intelligent conversation with someone about the meat and dairy industry without the other person becoming all defensive and disregarding all the facts i tell them! (operative word being *facts*)
it would also be great to learn from them because i know i have a lot left to learn.

can anyone relate?

Ok so If i eat eggs for breafast with water then for lunch a salad with water an apple or some kind of fruit for a snack and something for dinner with water for a whole week will i lose at least 2lbs? and I keep this up for a month for swithcing it up everyday like maybe on mon for a snack is an apple but then on tues its the 100 calrolies pack and everday since last year me and my day ride our 5 miles every night (even on a school night) but since he has broke his foot I can only walk the dogs a mile not 5 miles. (sometimes we will bring the dogs depends on the wether and everything) So now till he is better ill be doing yoga with my sis everyday

I graduated in May and have just landed my first job, paying $45k. I have very minimal monthly bills (about $300). The car I'm driving now doesn't have any major problems but it's got 170,000 miles on it and is old, so I'd like to get a new, more reliable one for work.
