Ok so If i eat eggs for breafast with water then for lunch a salad with water an apple or some kind of fruit for a snack and something for dinner with water for a whole week will i lose at least 2lbs? and I keep this up for a month for swithcing it up everyday like maybe on mon for a snack is an apple but then on tues its the 100 calrolies pack and everday since last year me and my day ride our 5 miles every night (even on a school night) but since he has broke his foot I can only walk the dogs a mile not 5 miles. (sometimes we will bring the dogs depends on the wether and everything) So now till he is better ill be doing yoga with my sis everyday
