Have her spayed. And no, dogs don't suffer from human emotions (lucky for them!).

During the eighteenth century, private explorers who called themselves the Bandeirantes found gold and diamond mines in the state of Minas Gerais. The exploration of these mines ended up financing the Portuguese Royal Court's debts for a long time. However, the predatory way in which such riches were explored by the Portuguese Crown harmed colonial Brazil with excessive taxes (at some point, taxes amounted up to one fifth of all the gold and diamonds mined in the country, or 20 percent of total production, named the quinto). Some popular movements supporting independence came about against the abusive taxes established by the metropolis, such as the Tiradentes incident in 1789, but they were often dismissed with violence by Portugal.[21] Gold production declined towards the end of the eighteenth century, starting a period of relative stagnation of the Brazilian hinterland.[22]

Sounds like her hormones are not quite right yet. If you're not going to breed her, she's probably better off to be spayed. Then she won't go through this chemical imbalance again. Some dogs are just not meant for motherhood so for her health, please have her spayed. You'll find she'll be more balanced & happier plus you won't have to worry about her getting hurt the next time she's in heat or have an unwanted pregnancy.

She sounds like she may be suffering some anxiety. Getting her fixed is probly the best thing for her, it will help her hormones even out. She may not be able to handle her cycle well.
Other than that, try to get her to play and spend a little extra time with her, but do not fret over her disposition or you will be encouraging it.

Take her to the vet. She probably wouldn't have this problem if she was spayed (not trying to be rude). Good luck :)

woww....you need to get the dog to a vet immediately!!! that is a very very bad sign. dogs..as do other animals, have a tendency to withdraw from their homes and their families at death. it is a very very natural drive to go off...and die. please get your beloved to a doctor!!!
