My closing date has been delayed due to the buyer's lender.
I am a seller and My house is in Florida but I live in other states.
Before I got notice from my agent, I have already sent all sighed documents by Fedex to title company. Because I do not want to go down to Florida,

i have a visa and my grandmother told me that i have to wait and keep paying the bill before the card company puts money on it but i want more money now! is there a way were i can transfer money from my savings account into the credit card or something!!!!!! lol the first day of school is right around the corner so i spend alota money in hollster in american eagle lol i have a reputation to live up to! i had 500 bucks on that card but i have 3,000 dollars in my savings! i really want more money on that card! is there a way

My dad is having a stint put in for blockage tommorow. I'd like to go by their house while he's in the hospital and make sure they have everything they need when they get back. They live in the country so the less my mom would have to leave him to come to town the better. Aside from meals and regular groceries is there anything he'll need for the pain etc? Ice packs?? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!!

I'm a totally amateur bike rider. I want a new bike and like the looks of the Electra Townie 21, and the Electra Townie 7D. The description on the first bike says...'Shimano Tourney 21-Speed'. The description on the latter bike says...'Shimano Tourney 7-Speed Derailleur'. Besides the number of gears, what's the difference in the derailleur system, or whatever it is? Is one better than the other?
Also, if you have any knowledge of Electra bikes (good or bad) please enlighten me before I make my purchase! Thanks.

of your life, and victimised to....and you remember how different people hurt you, abused you, and you didnt stand up to them and let them do it?
is that going to chip away at me for the rest of my life?

how can i get over the extreme anger and hurt i feel at being demoralized growing up? throughout my 20s..in my teens in high school...
im 30 now with borderline pd.....i keep having memories of these painfull times and its like i cant get over what people have done to me...
the damage feels immense.....& now i want do immense damage to my persecutors of the past.....intense rage....not a fire but a furness...obviously theres no way to get back at them people now...and i no its wrong to be ragefull and its destructive i know...i dont want to feel like this....but i feel like my persecutors of the past have got away with it...theyve left their mark..changed my mentality forever...corrupted my innocence...
