There is also an option to choose if your model is not on the list. There is a link to their global site if the US one doesn't work for you.

Very rarely do you need to adjust the tension. First remove the bobbin and casing and vacuum out underneath that area. The thread and fabric are shedding lint and needs to be removed.. Second cause could be the bobbin is not wound correctly or the wrong type of thread is in the bobbin. Third cause is the needle needs to be replaced. The heavier the fabric the more often the needle should be changed. Put the tension back to the factory setting and if problem still persists the machine needs professional servicing.
