I own 5% equity in a store which I an 20 others made a deal for, for 2 million. The person who sold it too us used to make about 220,000 a year and now the STORE still makes about that and we split the profits. Anyway we want money from investors ro GROW and open new ones as the store does well and all you have to do in a corporation is repeat a process that works. So we need money from investors and in turn will try and give them a capitol gain on their investment; Anyway what is the best course of action I figured out some math and if we gave 40% equity to investors we could open another store but that is way too much Is there anything else we can do? WE really want to have an IPO HOW CAN WE DO THAT and if we can't have an IPO now how can we use it later to get money?

I am NOT! I love my kids being home. We camp for weeks at a time and play all summer. Summer is such a special time for our family. I am a stay at home Mom and love being with my children. We ride bikes, play, swim, fish, etc and I wouldn't want to change a thing. Not every day is perfect, but it is the life that I chose.
A friend of mine is a stay at home Mom and is counting down the days until school starts.

I've been to Boracay, Philippines, and it's breathtaking especially its powdery sand. There is nothing like it anywhere in the world. But there's one thing I noticed tho when I went bathing and these were the presence of floating algae along its shore. To my knowledge, algae thrive where there are plenty of nutrients to sustain its growth. So, does this nutrients being provided by the numerous establishments and residences situated nearby along the shore by way of their sewerage system? I understand the island has no sophisticated and huge sewer plant large enough to service all the commercial business establishments and residences mushrooming at the Boracay island.

well - yesterday i started my volleyball practicing & like have way through practice i found it hard to move my legs in any way. my legs might be sore, but no1 else on the team has had any problem with it! i can't even sit down without my eye waterin or being in pain * i dont know what to do about it?

What other things make your car vibrate. My wheels are balanced, when u put your feet on the gas it feels like its vibrating and the wheel is vibrating to, it does that when i go on freeway. Can it be because of the engine mount or something else..

Terrorists use the local population to foment attacks on our soldiers with impunity. WHO allows the "jihadists" to plant roadside bombs ? WHO uses religious sites to attack our troops ? The local population are accomplices in these attacks and yet they suffer, not at all. If ALL were treated as though they were active combatants, I believe that there would be a lot less loss of our troops.
