okay my period was suppossed to come 3 days ago. im 14 so pregnant is out of the question :) i know im still irregular but im supposed to go to the pool with my friends on friday and i dont know what to do because i might get my period because it is suppossed to be here. what do i do!??

Just wait for it to arrive. Not worth worrying about. If you are still irregular there is no real knowing when it will happen.
It is recommended that you don't insert a tampon until your period actually starts do if it starts once you get to the pool go to the the toilets and do your business then come back out again. It won't take long to insert the tampon. Just enjoy your day out.

well wait until that day and if you still dont get it on friday then just wear something like a tampon... just in case.

If it starts while you're in the pool, excuse yourself and put in a tampon. Don't put in a tampon before it starts (ouch!)

You can still go to the pool just bring somethings with you and if you get it and you don't want to go in anymore just tell your friends you don't feel good and don't want to

You wont get any flow while in the water, however as soon as your out of the water your flow will return. So if you dont get it by then wear one just incase it wont hurt you.
