What other things make your car vibrate. My wheels are balanced, when u put your feet on the gas it feels like its vibrating and the wheel is vibrating to, it does that when i go on freeway. Can it be because of the engine mount or something else..

Could be something as simple as the wheels are loose and you may need to have the lug nuts torged on. Or it could be something as complex as a tie rod end is loose.

I would borrow a torge wrench and tighten up all the lug nuts. Here are instructions for doing that, http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/tech/techpage.jsp?techid=107

btw, most tire places will do this for you for free. Find a discount tire or less schwab in your area. Oh, and most will insepct the wheel wells for you for nothing too.

As far as the motor mounts go I dont think this is the problem or your engine would be falling out or on its way out.

Nonetheless, you can still turn on the car and do a visual inspection of the main engine capartment ... if it's not vibrating realy bad or looks like one side is loose then its probably not the motor mounts.

Other then that all you can do is have a mechanic put the car up on a lift and inspect everything underneath.

Please check my source it has a whole list of solutions and answers beyond just the ones I gave.

I'd say either ball joints, bearings, or track bar. Have a mechanic check it out though... thats something you have to see to diagnose.
