There plan was laid out in the PNAC document. They don't care if people figure it out. They needed to get their judges put in place, so they concocted this scam to pretend to save Terri Schiavo from those bad lib judges. They new an autopsy would expose them as frauds. But they did it anyway.
This is their last chance to do PNAC and they will do it. Haliburton profits (plot its stock over the past 5 years) makes it all worth it.
