Just remember to stretch a lot and if it hurts, rest a bit. taking a hot bath or goign to the jacuzzi might help...Also, if you haven't played ever or in a while, it might be new soreness. You can try a pain reliever or an IcyHot patch if it's in a particular area.

drink a lot of water and stretch every morning and before bed and tomarrow see if it gets better if this lasts for more than 2 or 3 days then you will want to see your doc they will put you on very mild muscle relaxers to help or ask for other symptoms you may have and diagnose it as something other than muscle soreness, you just have to wait a day or so and see if that is the only symptom, muscle soreness....if that is it then stretching and in other cases mild muscle relaxers to help work the kinks out as you stretch, good luck

You don't talk about where your legs hurt.It could be sore muscle or you could have torn a tendon.Could be shin splints. Try icing and elevating, with some kind of pain reliever that works as an antiinflammatory.I use Aleve myself. I would see a dr. if it doesn't improve within 24 hrs
