I'm quite quiet but not shy. Just don't know how to start a conversation with anyone. When someone asked me a question, I cannot make further conversation after "ÿes/no/I think so" (too short answer & stop). I don't know what should I say next? In a group of conversations, seems I mostly a listening person in the group. I don't like to be like this, too boring. Anyone has an idea to improve my communication skill.

im 43 I have some hot flashes but for 6 days have been having addominal twitches( They are not painful) just strange? Mainly when I sit down below my ribs around the sides of by belly button? Has anyone ever felt anything like that before? I have taken alka selter pepto?No insurance yet but going to look up low cost clinic? Any advice how to get rid of them or what can i take? Period is due on the 22nd? I took EPT yesterday was
neg.but I took it after work and i drink alot of water? Any Suggestions? Could it be cancer? There is no pain. Sometimes it feels like a little cramp?

Someone the other day said they thought Osama was dead. That it was no way possible he could survive in the remote mountains for all these years with his severe medical condition. The person said they thought it was just a ploy by our government to instill fear and gain support for our sustained occupation.

I thought it was a bit far fetched, but stranger things have happened, I guess.

What do you think. Is Osama alive and kicking and lecturing to future Jihad martyrs?

I'd like some periannuals that bloom hopefully all summer long, or late july and all augest. I live in Ontario, zone 5. I have some gladiolis, and if i plant them right they will bloom all summer long. what are some other perannuals, or bulbs that bloom late july and all augest? Would lillies be good?
