see a doctor of rheumatology as soon as possible because what you describe sounds like the beginnings of Fibromyalgia. Only a doctor of rheumatology can diagnose this condition.
The pain of fibromyalgia occurs in areas where the muscles attach to bone or ligaments and is similar to the pain of arthritis. The joints themselves are not affected, however, so they are not deformed nor do they deteriorate as they may in arthritic conditions. The pain typically originates in one area, usually the neck and shoulders, and then radiates out. Most patients report feeling some pain all the time; and many describe it as "exhausting." The pain can vary, depending on the time of day, weather changes, physical activity, and the presence of stressful situations; it has been described as stiffness, burning, stabbing, sudden, radiating, and aching. The pain is often more intense after disturbed sleep.
For now try Advil capsules four times a day. Also a chiropractor can be very helpful with this condition. They are very familiar with Fibromyalgia and its consequences.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Your SI Meridian seems to be excessive, your acupuncturist can treat it within 1 - 2 seatings.
Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, sweet fruits, milk, rice and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

It sounds to me like you have hurt your neck. A neck injury will cause your headaches and your shoulders arms back to hurt. It happened to me I thought I had a bad back it ended up I hurt my neck. I would see a doctor and if that is the problem the doctor will send you to a phyisiotherapist.

You might just have something out of place. You could go to your chiropractor and reset/realign. If that doesn't help, I would go to my doctor.
