Put on mascara with there mouths shut ?

i can't keep my mouth shut whatever i'm doing.

When you are applying mascara, your neck automatically projects forward slightly, and your head is tilted back. In this position (try it yourself) there is a pull on the lower jaw which makes the mouth automatically want to open. You can force yourself to keep it shut, but why? It's just more comfortable not to.

By opening our mouths it raises our bottom lashes away from our skin, just a bit more, which means we can get the mascara on without smudging it around our eyes. You will find that women are ususally able to put mascara on their top lashe okay, its just the bottom ones we have trouble with!

because you have to work your lashes on to the mascara and not the other way around. That reqiures you to use your facial muscles and to you open your mouth to stretch your face. Try it...bat your eyelash onto your finger with your mouth closed and feel the poncy strength of your lashes. The use a open mouth and stretch it about to give your lashes va va voom.

Saturn its all in the stretching of the face. You see to get the eyes nice and wide, the mouth is stretched to max. Plus its also a common concentration face. LOL

Cos you need your eyes open as wide as possible and the natural reaction seems to be to open your mouth aswell.

Hmm never thought of that. Had to go try it and well I do that to..maybe its a balance keeping the handy steady thing. The brain works in mysterious ways.

More's the point why can't they go for a pee on their own on a night out. Always drag a pal along to the bathroom. If a guy asked you to go to the toilet with him you would kick him in the nutz

that's actually a good question, i don't know why we do it but we just do, it seem's to go better though when you keep your mouth open and make the funny face that we do
