I have been having sleeping problems for a few weeks. I have been using melatonin but it has not seemed to be working yet, although I have even increased the dosage. About an hour ago I took three 300mcg pills of melatonin, yet I am still not feeling any effects from it. I was thinking about taking some Benedryl to see if that would help make me drowsy. Would there be anything harmful about doing this?

White Dads feel really happy when they find out that their wives are pregnant, some cry, they cant wait to do the best they can to raise that child. Black Dads on the other hand, often celebrate when they find out that they are not the father of the child, why? I'm currently taking BC pills (Loestrin). I have 24 days of white "active" pills and 4 days of brown placebo ones.

In about a month I'm going to stay at my boyfriend's house for a week. The day that I get there, I will be on my 4th and final placebo pill, so I'll be bleeding and whatnot.

I've heard you can skip your period with birth control pills but that there's also a chance you'll have spotting if you skip the placebos. If I take the first three placebo pills and then skip the 4th one and go straight to my active pills again on that day, do you think that would be okay?

I know obviously I should ask a doctor but I wanted to get opinions here first. Did that question even make sense? I just don't want any chance of me having a period at all at my boyfriend's house from the moment I get there until I leave so I was just thinking of skipping that last brown pill and hopefully ending the period early

He is also hearing voices in his home and on his radio.He thinks someone has planted computer devices in his walls and cameras in his yard.No one else can hear these voices nor can anyone see how the unusual stuff he tells us can be true.Someone please tell me what can be wrong with him.He is still working and does nothing illegal. But this is getting scary. Also what should we do to help him??
