5logx = - 10
logx = - 2
x = 0.01 if it is log-to-the-base-10 or 0.1353353 if it is natural log
In general x = 1/a^2 where a is the base of the logarithm used.

I think this is a trick question because you can't get a negative answer.
Or maybe the answer is 1/100 or 0.01
