Go to psypokes.com and you can find out every little thing that you need to know about every pokemon possible. To get a gorebyss you need to trade it with the deepseescale

the only way to evolve it is if u give it a deep sea scale that u get from the guy in the wrecked ship between slateport and the town town that starts with a s in the lower left hand corner of the map
