It shouldn't bother you what other people think of you. Just tell yourself that you are a very strong and courageous individual every morning when you look in the mirror.

Your problem isn't that you don't have enough confidence, it's that you have too much. That is, too much confidence in yourself, and none in anything outside of yourself. But your self isn't big enough to fit the trousers of all your leftover confidence, so you think the problem is you're not good enough. You're just fine the way you were made. Now put your confidence in something else external to you and in so doing you'll discover a peace you never knew before.

Get your tired @ss up and go out. Life doesn't stop. Make life happen. Go get a hair cut, buy a cute new outfit and some snazzy cologne. Get to the club and make yourself noticed. The men will come running after your hot self. Peace.

The cold hard reality is, they probably don't. People are manipulative and generally do nothing but use others for their own gain. I suggest you ditch your current circle and get a new one. That is what helped me the most.

first of all ,don'tlisten to whatyou feel -for the time being.being loved is how you treat other people, if you love them they'll love you back.give them a reason to love you, be a hero to someone.it's crazy to expect people to love 'for whoyou are or am(is)' most people probably don't even know you , count on it.just relax man ,you'll be fine on the long run just don't doanything nuts or stupid.

Start joggin or working out. Do something physical. Set achievable goals for yourself. Exercise is great for mental health and depression and you will look and feel better!!! Always helped me.....and if you already do that...well i dont know.

probably just how you feel, and it's nto true go out there made soem friend talk to yoru best friend. and stay away fro mthsoe that dotn love or accept you for who yo aure bc htey are not yoru friends.
