I also would like to know if it's better to teach myself or take lessons??

My girlfriend and I had sex in the shower yesterday. Ever since yesterday, she told me she has had a constant sensation to Pee. She said when she's Standing up she gets the sensation to pee, and also when she's sitting down. When she goes to pee, she doesn't have much to pee at all ... just a little. And also, it burns.

We can rule out std's since we are both std free. We're each other's firsts. It could be an infection of some sort? My only guess would be ... we had sex in the shower, so I might have pushed some of the water inside of her, which is bad isn't it? Anyone familiar with this problem please let me know. Also I would really appreciate it if I could have a link to a website that talks about it. I would love to read about it so I could calm her and help her.

Also, we had really really really rough sex like never before. Sorry to sound too unprofessional but for lack of better words, I pounded her extremely hard yesterday. It was the first time.

Tonite I flew into my old hometown for a family reunion this weekend. I had dinner with my ex whom I am still very good friends with, even though we both now live on different coasts. I haven't seen him in 2.5 years so we had alot of catching up to do.
About an hour into dinner he starts talking about how his new wife won't have sex with him(she just gave birth 2 months ago). I told him he should talk to her about it but he feels he can't (I do remember her being a bit crazy and violent at times). He then started re-hashing how our sex life was amazing and if I would consider sleeping with him tonite. For the record I did not. I kindly asked that he bring me back home and to work things out with his wife.
My question for women is: Do you lose temporary interest after having a baby?
My question to men is: Would you cheat on your wife/girlfriend if you were in my ex's situation at home?

I've been in a traditional noncompetitive art for years. We do forms, ground work and locks.

I've decided that I want to learn muay thai. For like 5 minutes they had us shadow boxing. I've never done anything like that before. I'm used to kata, but not this.

What should I try and focus on? How useful do you think shadow boxing is? What are the pros and cons?

i own two 1yr 2mnth old res. they are the same age. i got them at a little beach store went they were 2months old, gosh, there were ton of them in one tank. good thing i saved two of those res bc the rest are probley dead-poor guys. anyway, its jsut a random question cas im interested in how long ppl have owned their res.
