YES THERE IS!
LAYING DOWN, APPLY WARM HEAT BETWEEN THE EYES AND FOREHEAD.
WHY?
THIS WILL BRING WARMTH TO YOUR FRONTAL SINUSES.
WHAT DOES THIS DO?
IT BRINGS WARMTH TO ALLOW ALL THE FLUIDS IN THE SINUSES TO DRAIN.
WHAT CAN I USE TO BRING WARMTH IN DRY HEAT?
GET A SMALL SANDBAG AND WARM IN IN A DRY FRYING PAN FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES UNTIL WARM, BUT NOT TOO HOT.
MAKE SURE IT'S A CLOTH BAG, NOT PLASTIC, FOR OBVIOUS REASONS.

The pressure is caused by all the crap in your sinus.
Boil some water with some lemon, chuck a tea towel over your head and breath in the steam. this will "Melt" all the crap in your sinus and clear it away.

you have 2 sinus pockets at the back of your neck, sometimes you can apply slight pressure to either side and get temporary relief. also try laying face up on your bed while leaving your head hanging off the side, (shoulders should be on the bed.) try this for about 3-5 minutes. this should give you some fast temporary relief. good-luck dear.

try a neti-pot.. you heat warm water and some salt into a pot.. and run it through your nose until water comes out the other side

...i know it sounds kind of weird but it reallyyyy helps clear out your sinuses... and dont worry it doesnt feel all weird (like when your in a pool and water goes up your nose)
its actually very soothing and you can even try it with a cup or something at home(but the neti pot works best-b/c it was made for that purpose)
