i got my period in grade 4. none of my friends had it, but now they do. they all use tampons but im afraid that i will loose my virginity if i use them. is it possible?

You absolutely cannot lose your virginity by using tampons. You can only lose your virginity once you have sexual intercourse with a member of the opposite sex.
With that said, please do not rush into using tampons if you are not yet comfortable with then. Don't jump the gun to do that just because all of your friends are doing it. Use tampons when it's right for you.

Using a tampon is using a tampon. It is up to you however when it comes to your virginity, whether or not you decide to have sex. The only time you can lose your virginity is if you've had intercourse. Trust me hunny, the tampon has nothing to do with losing your virginity.

It is possible to break the hymen using a tampon, but only after using it numerous times, and some people maybe never will. I guess it really just depends on you're body, but go ahead and use tampons...they're darling things.

It is possible too to tear your hymen...but highly unlikely...when you lose your virginity it is when you tear your hymen..and it usually takes more than a tampon to do it (like it takes a man in other words)...Me and all the girls I know use tampons...and it has never done that to us..Don't worry about girl! it isn't gonna hurt you.
*EDIT*..my bad i mis-read the your question. you lose your virginity by having sex...but a tampon can tear your hymen.

Losing your virginity has nothing at all to do with using tampons. You should go ask your mom what it means.

You're still a virgin. Be proud and stay that way until the right time. Nothing can take your viginity away without you allowing it. There's alot of females out there that are still virgins but they think they're not. But that's another story.

You cant loose your virginity to a tampon, however, if you are refering to your cherry popping, it is possible that it could happen if you use tampons, I wouldnt do it if I were you, it would probably be uncomfortable

No, a tampon will not make you lose your virginity. Ot may break your hymen (hte covering of your cervix), but you will not lose your virginity until you actually have sex with someone, a guy.
