My IP address was changed the other day to something weird after I fixed my internet. I now want to change my IP address again because my brother uses a laptop which gets internet from my wireless LINKSYS router. He said that his IP addess has been banned from a game and has no clue why? ("I think he cheats...lol") I suck at using computers and hate all computer terminology. Can someone please give me a way that I can change my IP without damaging my internet. I suck at using computers so if it gets damaged, it will take me forever to fix. Thank you! :)
Info you might need: i have windows XP and LINKSYS wireless-G 2.4 GHz---and Mozilla Firefox

ok there is this guy who has done numerous things to me. we both attend the same highschool and are both incomong juniors. i am pretty new at school, like a year. Neways, he has thrown paper airplanes at me, poked me in the back then pretended it wasn't him but when his friend did it he defended me, called me a name that my friends call me, buts into my conversations on occasion, makes fun of my idea of getting a moped, said hi to me at a dance then jokingly tried dancing all sexual on me, sat right in front of me when we didn't have assigned seats for class, held the door open for me all politely then ran away at the last minute, called me a honey, and told my brother that he was going to trip me, and screamed across the room that his friend liked me. they were fighting after this. as u can c, alot of crazy stuff happened with this kid. From all this stuff, my friends came to the conclusion that he liked me. FROM THIS, DOES IT SOUND LIKE HE LIEKS ME? neways, i cant figure it out!

WASHINGTON - The U.S. government conducted a series of secret war games in 1999 that anticipated an invasion of Iraq would require 400,000 troops, and even then chaos might ensue.

In its “Desert Crossing” games, 70 military, diplomatic and intelligence officials assumed the high troop levels would be needed to keep order, seal borders and take care of other security needs.
The documents came to light Saturday through a Freedom of Information Act request by the George Washington University’s National Security Archive, an independent research institute and library.
