Read a good book, clean up an area of the house. Wash the car, take the dog for a walk or play ball with him. Listen to music.

Take a shower put on some easy dress prepare a drink turn on soft music and open the window-let fresh air cares your face and body, see the traffic below and just see them coming and going.

You could try to develop a hobby like buildings models. That takes time and attention to detail. You could also try reading books on subjects that iterest you, which not only broadens your mind but always takes up time

You must be either very young (teens) or very rich and/or unemployed to ask this. My suggestion is that if you really have so much idle time, read books and learn new interesting things.
