We shouldn't. You are correct, my dear young Lady. Love is Love and mine has been going on for over a quarter of a century. I know others that have been going on for far longer; and they should, indeed, be respected for the great Loves that they are.
The people that scorn and scoff at them are simply jealous.
Blessings and thanks.

There are no homophobes. A phobia is an irrational fear of something. Most people just don't believe that the gay lifestyle is the best choice people can make.

Homophobia is also used to win arguments by intimating others. Just like some people use racist or bigot towards those who disagree with them.

And yes, everyone has the right to screw up their lives as much as they desire.

We shouldn't turn away from gays.
oh, btw, "but i respect everyone's choice of life"---- Stop saying choice. That makes some people think it is a choice to be gay. :)

♥ First of all I am a proud lesbian.... and I dont believe that ANYONE regardless of race, height/weight, disability, sexual orientation, etc etc etc should be turned away from. As you said "LOVE IS LOVE!!". Why would someone get angry at two people loving each other, whether it be man/woman, woman/woman or man/man... I think its horribly stupid that the government brings its laws into our bedroom.

♥ Thank you for supporting the LGBT community!!! :-)

If its a question of respect then people should be respected whether they are gay or not. What I don't like is the "gay lifestyle" which I feel as very unnatural.

I am way behind you...I am still trying to figure out why my going to bed with anyone is someone else's business.. I don't ask them who they sleep with (couldn't care less), and don't expect to be asked who I sleep with. I find more homophobia here at Yahoo than I have in my entire life...this is a very small, sad bunch here.

Not a homophobe, there is no reason to turn away from differences.
