I went to one of those free BMI sites, and found to my surprise that it was 31. So I've decided that I need to get my a** in gear. If anyone could give me a list (short or long, any help is appreciated) of nice and easy healthy foods that you can get at any grocery store it would be a life saver. I've noticed that a lot of healthy foods can only be found at few stores and are expensive. Thank you for any and all help

im 16 and i weigh about 50kg. i have problems wih my thighs-theyre so fat! i want slim thighs...sighss. I know you have to exercise,i do try to fit in exercise. I play badminton every sunday. But the problem is, on weekdays, i feel so tired after school i cant bring myself to do my exercises to keep fit and also to tone my body. I keep making excuses for myself. Im slowly gaining more fats around my waist and hip area. Help me!!!

i broke up with a guy after living with him for 6 months- there was a 10 yr age difference, were from different countries, and he said he didnt think he loved me, that he was terrified of falling in love, that he was committed to me as in h could never be unfaithful to me, but that he couldnt commit longterm to me. then a week after i met him and he asked me to stay- we had a really good night together.. and he said that he couldnt make me as happy as i deserved to be and he said i knew that. then i went back to my country 2 days later. we spoke on the phone a month later and he blurted out that he loved me and he thought i was amazing and wished i hadnt run away. he said hed been to impulsive. and that wed never lose each other. im going back to the same city again where he is... but i havnt told him yet that its definate. i sent him an email because i had a dream about him - where i couldnt catch up with him, and he sent me this email back: (see extra details)

A while back I was thinking about joining the navy and aiming for the Illustrator/Draftsman rating but now it's been merged into a MC.
"This rating was created in July 2006 by merging the following ratings: Journalist (JO), Photographer's Mate (PH), Draftsman (DM), and Lithographer's (LI)."

Ok so, If you are an MC does that mean you work with ALL of those types of things or you can still simply just be an Illustrator or photographer? This also includes people that work with video right?

Also, I have spoken with a couple enlisted people who say stuff like that is extremely hard to get into because it's overmanned. However, I always see "Arts +Photography" and "News and Media" opportunities on job boards (Monster,Hotjobs) for the Navy. If they're not available why do they advertise it so much?

i've recently lost a stone in weight and i'm worried about putting it on again,
i have a bowl of cereal in the morning, a sandwhich at lunch, and a meal at about 6 in the evening i do sometimes snack in the day but not very often i weigh 9stone and i'm about 5ft3ins, is this over weight ? and how much should i be eating in the day? i've got to add i haven't always been fat i put on loads of weight when i was pregnant my daughter is nearly 4 now and i've only just started to lose weight. any advise is welcome but no horrible remarks please!

Well I'm a 16 year old girl considering accepting a job which is basically working at a pub, with a bit of waitressing, but mostly washing up and stuff. I would get paid £5 an hour plus £25 a month in tips...I've never had a job before and would like to accept this job, but my older sister works at the same place and says the boss sometimes yells at you and the work is really hard and everything...so i don't know :| Do you think this sounds like a good offer?!
