No you're not over weight for your height, well done on the weight loss :o).
If you want to snack then eat fresh fruit. I eat pretty much what you've put here, although I have to have a bigger breakfast due to the cycling I've now started doing. I've lost about a stone and a hlaf in two months and it's still coming off, slowly but surely, and usually that means it'll stay off as long as you eat sensibly.
Don't worry about it, enjoy the new slimmer you and if you feel you're eating more during the day then start doing an activity to get you out and away from temptation.

You are neither underweight nor overweight. Your weight is in the healthy range for your height and age.
The healthy weight range for your height and age is 100 to 146 pounds (45 to 66 kilograms).
Although many believe 3 meals a day is best. Many who do fitness, believe that 6 meals a day is better. These 6 meals would be all mini meals. As there is six, your body increases its metaobolism in order to digest the food. In longer run, this is more benifical, as when you eat, your meals will be digested quicker, imoproving kcal loss.
You say you had a daughter, firstly hopes all well, and secondly am i right to believe that you've got "loose" skin. Just a lil advice, is that your should consider weight lifting, dont stress, this want make you muscler woman, but will tone and shape your body.
Email if you have any Qs :)

A very simplified "rule of thumb" - fats make you fat!
Three meals a day is the norm for an adult - a sustaining breakfast, one light meal and a main meal.
If possible, it is reckoned to be better to have your main meal at lunch time rather than at night.
If you need to snack between meals - stick to fruit.
A big problem now seems to be that the guidelines about weight gain during pregnancy have pretty well gone by the board. If you put on 4 stone the medics don't grumble, but it's a lot harder to lose 4 stone than 2 after the birth.
I put on a 1.75 stone and was able to wear pre-pregnancy clothes 2 weeks after the birth of my daughter.

try eating several small meals a day, just think little and often and you should be able to maintain your weight, make sure you eat slow release energy foods such as pasts so that your not tempted to hit the choclate and crisps for a boost too often.
as long as you have a good exercise routine though you shpuld be fine to have a couple of snacks, allow your self a weekly treat like chocolate cake or something it will encourage you to eat well the rest of the week, and it will make you feel good without gainig all your weight back.

Follow this: Breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen and tea like a pauper.
Basically, make sure you have a good breakfast, a fairly good lunch but not so much for tea, as your body does less in an evening and doesn't work your food the same.
I think however, your weight is right for your height, but if you type it into a search engine, you should be able to find one of those chart things with right weight for your height, BMI etc etc.
Well done, and keep it going!!

Well if you're 5ft 3 and weigh 9 stone, your body mass index is 22.3, which is in the healthy range. So no, you're not over weight! And your diet sounds pretty healthy to me, so i would just stick with eating sensibly, and start working out a bit. I'm no expert, but yeah :) good luck!

you should be having 5-6 small meals a day so your body gets enough calories when it needs energy and not have any extra left to store in fat reserves.
it looks like you are depriving your body which leads to water weight and muscle loss not fat loss and slows down your metabolism and if you did lose weight this way there is no way you are ever gona keep it off.

Hi, I don't know if you're overweight, I don't know how to convert your weight and height to a metric system... But there are tests on the Net, to know your Body Mass Index, just look for "calculate BMI" in Yahoo and you'll surely find what you're looking for.
Just one thing: I try to eat more in the morning and less in the evening, this helps me lose weight...
GOOD LUCK!
