Does spaying a dog guarantee that there will be no menstruating in the future?

I am doing research on dogs, as I am seriously considering getting one. All I was wondering was whether the spaying procedure absolutely stops the heat cycle (especially the associated bleeding) once done.

i found a chihuahua mixed with a terrier boy, what do i do with him??

and can i put my male shih-tzu in the same room with the other dogg. im not going to keep in im just waiting until someone claims the puppy.but MY dog barks after he smels the mixed dogg what do i do?help!!

My vision has been a little blurred since last night??

I went out for a meal with a friend last night, and during the meal realised that my vision was slightly blurred. I thought it might be because I was a little tired.... we only had one bottle of wine between us! This morning my vision is still blurred. I can only just manage to read this screen. Any ideas?

Question about rabies?

The question I have is, is there any animals that actually carry rabies. That means the animal actual does not have to have it to bite you and give it to you. Ive always heard a skunk carries it and actually doesnt have to have it to transmit it to you. I have read numerous articles about it and all are different some say a bat for instance isnt actually a carrier and die from it also. Then other article Classify them as a carrier. Some say skunks raccoons bats fox and coyotes are the main carriers. Someone please classify a carrier to me. I can not find anything that actually answers my question as to if an animal can be perfectly healthy with no signs of it ever and still transmit it to a human or other animal if bitten. The reason why Im asking this is I have had pet raccoons all my life and theyve all bitten me at one time or another. Im 40 years old and still have one today. Thanks for any information
